Prayer with the heart
Rosary
Eucharist
Holy Bible
Fasting
Monthly confession
Decide completely for God, surrender yourselves totally, and then you will be able to live everything I have been telling you.
If you abandon yourselves to me, you will not feel the passage from this life to the next. You will begin to live the life of heaven on earth.
Banish from your heart all hatred and bitterness
Love your enemies, pray for them and call a divine blessing on them.
